Microsoft has recently started a Microsoft ISV Buddy Program which allows Microsoft employees to be paired with Independent Software Vendors (ISV) who develop software solutions or products using Microsoft tools, technologies and products, for one or more customers. This relationship allows Microsoft employees to build 1:1 relationships with ISV partners working on Microsoft technologies. This is an excellent program which helps the ISV partners receive personal support and access to resources that help them develop products/solutions. By developing a one-on-one relationship with a Microsoft employee, you can gain access to the wealth of resources available at Microsoft and have someone who can point out relevant resources for you and answer your questions in a timely manner.
If you are an ISV, developing applications/solutions on Microsoft platforms for one or more customers and are interested in forging a deep, meaningful and resourceful relationship with members of the product teams in Microsoft or you are interested in learning more about this wonderful program, then you can send your name, company name, address and phone number to
budsup@microsoft.com
.
If you are an ISV developing applications/solutions on Microsoft Commerce Server, and are interested in working closely with members of the Commerce Server team, then you can contact me through my blog with your name, company name, address and phone number.
Additional information regarding this program can be found
here
