Are there any good posts or videos explaining how you would take existing Servers and convert them into a virtual machine to run under Hyper-V?

Also not sure who should be managing the Hyper-V community page www.microsoft.com/.../community.aspx but most of the blogs are months older if not years and a number of the links don't work (such as contact us) and in the technical resource page this link msevents.microsoft.com/.../WebCastEventDetails.aspx

does not work.

I would think that the evangalist(s) for this product would make sure that information on the main pages is relevant.
