If there was something illegal going on here I certainly wouldn't mention it, but isn't the whole point of policing the streets to keep people from speeding? If I know there are law enforcement in a specific area, I'm going to slow down. Seems to work for everyone - assuming cops don't have quotas, that is.&lt;/p&gt;
