Visio 2010 has rich UI and if you want to color activities inside visio diagram you can do it, means you do not need to write any style sheet type of thing for all activities or shapes. And I just design my diagram for business processes representation.

Thanks

E.g. a way of saying setting multiple properties (fill, border & shadow) in a way that is consistent with the theme.

When I align a shape on the grid, then zoom in, why is it no longer aligned to the grid?

I don't understand how you can have diagramming software that has been in development for almost 20 years, and yet have such obvious feature omissions and bugs.
