We have fixed the installer so that it will run on Windows 7, so please try the latest update of the Visual Studio Extensions for Windows Library for JavaScript.

Thanks!

Now can you PLEASE move the Visual Studio Extensions for Windows Library for JavaScript update (KB2744862) out of the NuGet stream and in the Win8 stream so that we who are using VS2012 on Win7 are not constantly asked to run an update that refuses to install on Win7? It makes VS look scatterbrained. Thanks!
