In a continued bit of discovery, other teams are using a similar approach to the scenario topics we proposed on this site. The CRM team at Microsoft has posted this on their team blog.

They got some praise in the comments from the CRM audience. I think it's fair to say that the scenario topic idea is a good one, though perhaps not entirely a new one.
