Based on my previous post, one question that came up was - How do I, as a tester, know what test points are assigned to me?
In Test->Run Tests, you can click on Filter on the left side to do filtering by Tester and\or Configurations. Refer the screenshots below.

What about fixing the UX and make sure people find what they need?
I know it is not easy, but that would make MTM a better product!!
