You may have noticed that your Team Foundation Server Web Web Access doesn’t give you the ability to “Request Feedback” by default -like the videos/demos we showed at the /BUILD conference…more than likely this is due to the fact you have not enabled email alerts in Team Foundation Server.
To to do this….
1. Open the Team Foundation Server Admin Console
2. Go to Email Alert Settings (you will probably have to scroll down)
3. Click on Alert Settings: click the enable checkbox, supply a SMTP Server, email address and VIOLA you are done!
I've done this but it's stil not shown.
Tested in TFS 2012 and 2013 preview.
