Got to LA and getting ready for PDC. Incredibly excited.

Had an amazing dinner tonight with Erik Meijer - spent the whole time talking about the future of programming and data. Always fun to talk to him for an extended length of time. Watch for a video with him and Paul Vick coming this Friday on Channel9. Paul's also in one with Amanda Silver coming the same day - they are awesome - the latter one is over an hour long with a lot of good stuff in it.

Coming back from dinner, I saw Robert Scoble and a bunch of folks in the hotel bar. He was heading upstairs. On his blog, Scoble says "Have you ever worked so hard you've made yourself physically sick? I'm there." He was looking pretty tired - feel better, man. It's gonna be a crazy week!

I'm hoping to blog at least once a day while I'm down here. I also plan to spend a lot of time talking to folks and reading blogs to hear and see your reactions to this stuff. Pre-con stuff starts up tomorrow, then the fireworks on Tuesday.
