Execute the following steps to workaround the issue


1.            on the Run prompt, type in the following

2.            %windir%\system32  and %windir%\system32\dll cache (dll cache will be shown if you uncheck the "Hide the protected OS file" option under folder options)

3.            check for the version of the dll “cabinet.dll “

4.            Replace the Cabinet.dll file with the latest version (5.2.3790.1830)

5.            Restart the computer

6.            Initiate the installation
