Responses have been in Windows since XP, this is a very easy and effective way for ISV’s to communicate directly with their customers. It is a great way for customers to know that ISV’s are building software with their customers. This is the most crucial component for software vendor’s connecting directly with their customers, responding quickly with fixes.
