I'm just testing how to write a blog post using Microsoft Office Word 2010 and publish it to the blogs.msdn.com. These are the steps involved:

1. Start Microsoft Word
2. Create a new Blog Post
   
3. If this is the first time, you'll get a popup window allowing you to register your blog account
4. Choose other
   
5. Enter "http://blogs.msdn.com/metablog.ashx" as the Blog Post URL.
   Enter the User Name and Password and click OK.
   
6. That's it, you can now write posts…
