I'm a Program Manager in the Product Quality and Online Engineering group at Microsoft. My current responsibilities include the integration of support content and autofixes, and engagement with our external partners. Prior to my current role, I was a Content Project Manager and Senior Writer in our group and authored a bunch of KB articles, delivered some Webcasts, and was the lead content developer of the first set of autofixes in the KB (Guided Help).
Prior to coming to this group, I was a Support Engineer and Partner Technical Lead in Windows Support (Client and Enterprise) - supporting everything from MS-DOS 5 and Windows 3.0 to Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6! In my past life, I was a mathematician and an emergency room technician (but not at the same time!).
