How difficult is it to create a single server (ATDT) Team Foundation Server and Visual Studio Ultimate 2010 image, once you have access to a Rangers Virtualization factory? Well, judge by yourself by looking at the step-by-step guide which I extracted from the rangers Guidance.
Installing a virtual machine using the factory
The following is a sequence of simple steps you need to follow when installing a virtual machine using the VSTS Rangers factory. This example is based on Hyper-V, however, it can be used to install other virtualised environments and physical devices as well.

Create new VM |
