Who are you

I’m an Application Development Manager and ALM SME from Microsoft Switzerland, the first of my kind in the country. I help customers optimize their development processes around Visual Studio, so that they can get the best out of their investments and stay happy forever. Besides that, I’m the solo singer of a blues/jazz choir in Berne and just came back from a concert we gave in Prag.

What makes you tick

The harder and seemingly impossible, the better :) I don’t always have solutions at the beginning but usually figure them out eventually. Seeing happy customers makes my day.

Where do you live

I live in a beautiful town called Langenthal, nicely located between Berne and Zurich in Switzerland.

Why are you active in the Rangers Program

It’s a perfect opportunity to help contribute to the community while having the chance to get connected internally and externally to the people who devote themselves to the Microsoft development tools and processes, as well as a perfect learning tool to improve the existing skills.

What is the best Rangers project you worked in and why

I just entered the Rangers program and I’m currently trying to help the Word Coded UI Extension. Besides that I’m looking forward to contributing to whatever I can.
