Alternatively if the issue is serious or urgent, you have the option of raising a support call with Microsoft Customer Service and Support.

  • Go to the Assisted Support Options page - http://support.microsoft.com/select/?target=assistance
  • Choose More Developer Tools… under Developer Tools
  • Choose Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2010
  • Choose Other in the drop down for the Support Topic and it will be sent to our support team
