What makes you “tick”?
Work with great people and great technologies . I have a passion for technology and for building solutions that solve real problems. Being in the software development field means I never get bored. Fascination of software development magic, and an desire to create new things, Software can build anything that can be imagined, simply with enough time and tools.
Where you live?
Burghausen, Bayern, Germany
Why are you active in the Rangers program?
I use to act in the ALM Rangers Program as a good way for exploring new technology, writing, and sharing knowledge to solve business problems. Being involved in Ranger Projects is all about guiding someone to a solution, as opposed to simply doing the work. And not only in Microsoft, also for those outside – we are a great community.
What is the best Rangers project you worked in and why?
Favorite Rangers project has been the Visual Studio 2012 and 2010 TFS Upgrade Guide and Team Foundation Server virtualization guidance. Describing the challenges that customers face once they do embrace the virtual and migration challenge. The Rangers guidance does a great job of distilling the problems faced, and provides concrete guidance on just exactly how to address the issues. I am definitely looking forward to the future projects that I will definitely be taking part in.
