Here is how I made it work for me:

public static class XElementExtensionMethods

{

code for ElementValueNull(this XElement element){}

code for AttributeValueNull{}

}

It worked for me only after I moved the declaration of XElementExtensionMethods to outside of my class. Make it the very first class in your program after "using ;" statements.

ok. this may be simple for understanding but all fine when page load. try to refresh the list with data binding later point without page load and you have music. :)

hi, these are the tables

EmpID

Password

RoleID

EmpName

JobTitle

Date

I don't actually know whether there should be a Role Table because I want the roles to be read from the SQL Server. I am just new, please bear with me. I think this Linq to Sql is great.

Can Microsoft not hold back resources that could help us developers and release the tool used internally for viewing onscreen a connected device? (sorry I forget the name.) I had one like this for my pocket pc and it was very useful. Not sure why Microsoft would not release it.
