Just a quick reminder that there are less than 30 days remaining until the end of the Dream-Build-Play main event submission period! It is hard to believe 3 months have transpired since we kicked this leg of the contest off but we’re closing in on the deadline. After July 2nd, the competition phase is over and we enter into judging. The winners will be announced at our Gamefest 2007 conference on August 13th here in Seattle, WA (USA). If you haven’t started yet, its still not too late. Everyone should focus on what the game industry terms a “first playable” – a polished prototype that can convey the game design, art direction and game play should the game be completed. These “first playables” are typically what get submitted for approval to be “green lit” meaning they get funding to be developed to completion.
In case you forgot what is at stake:
With the release of XNA Game Studio Express 1.0 Refresh, we will also now be accepting binary submissions using the XNA Game Studio Express Package Utility. I wish you all the best of luck as we enter the final days and look forward to the innovative and inspiring dreams brought to life!

Phew!.. That's a relief. I've been panicing about play testing and delivering a "completed" game! I think I'm about there on a playable prototype ... Now.. Where is that packaging option ;o)
