Keyboard:  CTRL + \, E; CTRL + \, CTRL + E
Menu:  View -> Error List
Command:  View.ErrorList
Versions:  2008,2010

You can view the Error List window by pressing CTRL + \,E inside the IDE. 

 

Also, you can filter by type using the toggle buttons at the top to show or hide particular messages:

    MY ERROR LIST IS NOT BEING DISPLAYED ON BUILD EVEN TRYING THE FOLLOWING

    1. THE ABOVE SOLUTIONS

     2. TOOLS->OPTIONS->GENERAL->ALWAYS SHOW ERROR LIST ON BULID

     3.VIEW->OTHER WINDOWS->ERROR LIST

    Just to make sure we are clear.  Does your code produce errors on build bu the error list doesn't show up?
