Windows: SHIFT + ALT

When you are inside most tool windows, for example, the Breakpoints window:

You can easily get to the toolbar using the keyboard by pressing SHIFT + ALT:

NOTE: Using this technique may require a small amount of practice. Also, the key sequence must be in the right order (SHIFT + ALT not ALT + SHIFT).
