An option to re-order these would be a nice touch. I love being able to go to directly to an open document, but when the document name also matches a bunch of options, I have to use too many keystrokes to get to my document. My other option, which I'm using, is to disable everything except MRU and Documents.

This feature is largely useless if you can't use it open files in your solution.
