I subscribe to some of the internal job posting mail groups. Many groups publish their job opening of developer, tester and program manager to those groups. I noticed that the monthly volume seems going up steadily (see the chart in below). Is it a sign of things getting out of economics crises? Or it’s just the needs to fill in vacancies left by the layoff early this year?
