Yesterday I delivered an afternoon keynote at Green IT and Cloud Computing Summit. I was joined by colleague Frank La Vigne who showcased a Windows 8 application JobsRadar that provides Metro Style rich user experience using public data in the cloud. You can download my presentation here.
Windows Azure is an enterprise-grade, open cloud platform that lets you build and deliver software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions to users and customers. In this presentation we will first discuss the core services of Windows Azure and the Windows Azure applications and data marketplace. We will then demonstrate how you can build Windows Azure cloud computing applications and services not only for web users but also for client and smartphone users.
