Declarative and other "hidden" language documentation has been a bit of a miss in the SDK docs to date. Hoping Whidbey will change that. To answer Jochen's question, there's no particular formatting options that support writing out specific numerals. However, check out the new class System.Globalization.DigitShapes in V2.0 (betas), which helps in this space.

As for this description being in the docs: it basically is, it's just a matter of finding it easily/successfully. I've given a rundown version of whats in the SDK, but if you use theindex search parameters I suggest, you'll quickly find more detailed information on this topic in the SDK.

Interesting Findings this morning

Interesting Findings this morning

Formating Numbers in .NET

BCL Team Blog Number Formatting in NET Kit George | Paid Surveys

PingBack from http://paidsurveyshub.info/story.php?title=bcl-team-blog-number-formatting-in-net-kit-george
