Heads are like flint

Strike enough together and you'll get something started.  Though you probably won't get primitive cutting tools.  Or spear points. 

OK so maybe that's not the best image, but you get the idea.  Microsoft recently put this badly constructed metaphor to the test at our 2007 Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry Council in Farmington, CT this past Monday 11/5.  Our theme was "Health 2.0" and we had representatives from some of the largest and most influential health payer, provider and pharmaceutical companies.
