Good Statistics Book

It has been a while since I took any sort of statistics course. As a part of my new job as Business Manager for the Microsoft Technology Centers, I will probably be analyzing historical metrics and coming up with forecasting models. So, can anyone recomend

Applying ideas from Good to Great

Good to Great , by Jim Collins, has been out since 2001, but I just now got around to reading it. It’s an excellent book for anyone in management, and if you are thinking of starting a business, then make sure to read this book before doing anything else.
