Promised SP1 docs

We've been working on putting together docs on 4 SP1 features.  The documentation team will be ultimately releasing it through MSDN online docs updates but until then, it will be released through blogs.

Right, I'm trying to get the "real" documentation.  That page doesn't have enough info in it to actually do anything with.

There's one minor difference between the two docs - one has you setup to accept HTTPS connections *exclusively*, and the other continues to allow connecting without HTTPS as well as with.

If you're going to use the latter, make sure you consider the implications carefully - you don't want a situation where someone's using the ISAPI filter (and basic or digest auth) but NOT using HTTPS, as they'd be sending their credentials in a weakly-protected fashion.
