Improvements for Continuous Integration using TFS

One of the big complaints we've gotten from customers trying to build a Continuous Integration or similar automated build and test system with VSTS has been around the difficulty of authoring and maintaining the test lists that identify what tests to run as part of the build process.

Buck has come to the rescue and provided a new msbuild task that supports the Test Container feature and enables you to simply specify the list of assemblies that contain the tests you want to run.  This greatly simplifies the process by reducing the authoring and mostly eliminating merge conflicts from multiple developers updating the test specifications, etc.

We'll roll this into the next version of TFS so that you get it out of the box in the future.
