New version of TeamLook released by Personify Design

If you haven't checked out TeamLook yet it's worth a peak.  It provides integration of Team Foundation Server work item tracking into Microsoft Outlook.  It allows you to manage your work items in Outlook, easily file bugs from mail threads, etc.  It's a cool add-on the TFS.  Here's a link to a blog post on their latest release.

Let me know what you think about it if you try it out.

I have been trying out Teamlook for a while now (since the beta days when it could corrupt your Outlook.pst file).  The 1.5 release is okay - adding Outlook 2007 support is important and the ability to customize your views of workitem data is nice.  The ability to create a workitem from an email which they have had for a while is terrific.

I would like them to step up and help in the subscription/alert generation space.  They have a little bit there, but it is far too complicated to create a custom alert today (i.e. through the command-line using bissubscribe.exe).  The documentation for VSEFL is thin at best.  It would be great for someone to come up with a tool for this.  There are a couple that are referenced but they have their issues - see my blog post for my experience doing this - http://bryanandnoel.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!80E4A0EADF0C523C!168.entry
