&lt;p&gt;Version 1.0 was very slow, but 2.0 RC is very promising. However with the takeover from Microsoft this download has been removed from the TeamPlain website and now it may take some months to get this version as a Power Tool.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;SUCK IT UP. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;That's the way technology works. &amp;nbsp;Especially at a bigger company. &amp;nbsp;Think of it this way. &amp;nbsp;The day you bought it, it wasn't free. &amp;nbsp;And you helped pay for salary/development/marketing/etc... for the small company to keep their doors open and their bills paid.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I can't tell you how many products I've either bought and turned out to not use (ie. sit on the shelf), or bought and then later found out the product was either open sourced, or bought out by a bigger company and turned loose/free. &amp;nbsp;Yeah, either way I feel stupid about it, but I just shrug it off and move on. &amp;nbsp;Technology moves too quickly to get hung up on it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The Sharepoint lists functionality is not quite as capable as the TFS work item tracking feature today. &amp;nbsp;The primary difference is the rules and pick list support that TFS provides.&lt;/p&gt;
