&lt;p&gt;I was surprised that this wasn't one of the initial samples.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This would be so that tools written to the sourcesafe API can be slowly migrated to TFS, while the development environment can be quickly switched.&lt;/p&gt;
