What a month! We had the Architect Forum on the 27th in Dublin. The feedback was great and I really enjoyed the panel discussion at the end. I think the community is starting to get more comfortable debating technical topics in public.

The Architect bootcamp was held on the 2nd and 3rd. I've been doing lots of broadcast activities over the last 12 months but this was different. For the first time we got a smaller group together and went deep into one topic, SOA. Everyone seemed to really enjoy the two days and the event was massively over subscribed.

There are two clear messages from these events

1) The events that I run need to go in to more detail. The intro/overview stuff is not that interesting

2) There is a demand for more community activity.

Watch this space as we try to harness the great energy out there to meet the demand for more community activity for Architects.
