I've talked with many Architects in Ireland over the last year about professional advancement, certifications etc. Many of you may have seen this article on a recent announcement of the Microsoft Certified Architect Program (MCAP). (The Americans refer to it as a board level certification, this isn't an expression I think translates in Europe. Is this the vernacular for certification by existing members/peers?) Anyway, my point is that this is really exciting isn't it?

For those of you that have expressed an interest I hope to have more information soon. I'll blog about what I can asap. I'd be very interested in a group of Irish Architects getting involved. What do you think?
