Tech Ed Europe envy

Sorry for radio silence. Once again there is a huge crowd from Ireland headed to Tech Ed. I won’t be there this year but Rob and Clare will be and there is an Irish party again this year. The Arc track looks really impressive and you should add some Arc sessions to your agenda. I know I already posted a few favourties but I couldn't resist another: ARC311 Event-Driven Architectures, Gregor is an excellent speaker and researches and produces his own top notch content.

I've mentioned that there is a bunch of Architects in Ireland hoping to start an online community soon. We've been doing some work behind the scenes. If you are interested in getting involved please let me know, we are particularly keen for Java Architects and Infrastructure Architects to get involved. So just reply to this post and I'll get in touch.

Lastly, there is a new localised MSDN flash newsletter for Ireland. It’s mainly dev focussed and is a great way to keep up with what is going on locally. You can sign up here and specify what areas of technology you are interested in and get customised emails every two weeks.
