Hmm... seems to work for me..

Some ISP have a problem with the underscore in the domain name... if that is your issue, you might be able to get in using the IP address.. 192.197.157.39

Does the Media control trigger a prompt to download the plug-in?  Or does the user need to have the plug-in?

Yes, if Silverlight is not installed on the client, there is some "standard" HTML that tells them how to download it (one-click away)
