Julio Casal pointed me at the MSGuayaquil (.NET User Group in Ecuador) Silverlight video library. The videos are about several Microsoft technologies, such as ASP.NET Ajax, Silverlight, Expression and Visual Studio Team System. As an added bonus these are all in Spanish!
