At PDC05 WF and Linq were announced and they have conquered the MS development world ever since. I think PDC08 should be all about Oslo; the Cloud is a part of it, the Universal Modeller is another part, practical DSI should be another, etc. You get my drift. It should be about anything MS have in store for the next 2 to 3 years. Expectations are high and we are sure you can live up to them ;-)

Do you know if there will be testing for MCPD and other other certifications? Right now I have money in the budget to go off to boot camp for certification, but I'd rather go to PDC if I can test there.

Windows Mobile 7 - it would be great to see how WM7 can compete with Android and IPhone (as consumer devices).

Silverlight 1.0 WM seems to have been delayed (I thought it was going to be 2 weeks after Mix08?) but we all want Silverlight 2 anyway in the WM UI and the browser.

The roadmap recently published here: http://weblogs.asp.net/toddanglin/archive/2008/05/27/silverlight-mobile-road-map-refresher.aspx is sort of depressing when Android will have T-Mobile devices this year.

It seems such a high profile area, that I find it surprising progess isn't faster, and I really hope the PDC has some surprises for us in Windows Mobile.

PDC 2005 was great to learn about SharePoint 12 (later called WSS 3.0 and MOSS07) . I would like to see at PDC 2008 information on SharePoint vNext -> SharePoint 14 and Office 14.
