I have created a POC using the same procedure mentioned.

I have generated the Lead schema as a Web service and I am using the postcallout for Lead entity. It is working fine.

If a new field is created in MSCRM Lead entity, how can we handle this situation?

Do we need to change the Web Service. Is it possible to update the schema automatically.

yes, adapter is supported on BizTalk Server 2006 R2.

When lead entity changes, you need to update reference of web service in project. this will make new fields to be visible in code.
