Hi Brian,

Excellent info as always. Post SP1 all of our clients dealing with large schedules now seem to be encountering PWA view timeouts. Any specific suggestions?

Also did anyone ever come up with a way to use Today or Now as filters?

No luck on the filters I'm afraid. There is some news on the timeouts - I'll try and get a blog out on this in the next day or two - but we have added a field to the MSP_WEB_ADMIN table in the published DB to enable extending the timeout. Detials to follow (not sure of the top of my head - but think this is post SP! hotfix rollup, and not SP1)

I did come up with a work around for the filter. We created a custom flag.

Thanks in advance for addressing the time out issue. It does seem like the views seem to display slower post SP1 although we have been to busy to test this. Maybe we will get a chance at the scalability lab.
