I took a look to see if there was a good virtual earth implementation in Flash (which is how we did the Yahoo! one) and it looks like there are some options... one of these (free / not so free) weekends I'll take a stab at it. I'm a big fan of the Windows Live services and have a few back-burner projects using them. Will post back when I get them up.
