Simulating Multiple Connections

As I was giving a demo of the new multi-query capabilities the other day, I was asked how I had four Instances installed on one small, underpowered laptop. In fact, I don't - I have one instance of SQL Server 2005 and one Instance of SQL Server 2008 installed.

Go get me a switch!

You probably access SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) using an icon somewhere in your Start menu or on your desktop. But did you know that there are several command-line switches that you can use to start SSMS and end up right where you want to go?
