as I was leaving "Matrix Revolutions" the other night, mentally adding the Wachowski Brothers' names to the "Filmakers Who Betrayed My Faith" list (current members are Lucas and Chris Carter), I suddenely had a realization that made me stop and re-consider: Lucas invented the lightsabre in 1977. Has anyone invented a cooler film weapon since? And I think the next coolest weapons are probably the force push and the deathstar and... Lucas also invented them. Does he deserve my wrath? Can anyone suggest a cooler weapon before or since the lightsabre?
