CRM 4 Outlook Client - bug fixes

FINALLY!!!!!!! SQL 2008 is RTM!!!

Woooohooooooo the new SQL Server 2008 is finally RTM and is now available on MSDN and Technet!!! it has been a loooooooooooooooong birth... initially the release date was in feb as far as i remember together with Windows Server 2008 and Visual Studio
