Supported platform in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 (Titan)
So!, the following is a summary of the supported platform for TITAN, as I've been told by the product group :-)
Server platform:
- Supported Windows Server 2003 & Windows Server 2008!! :-)
- Supported Exchage Server 2003 and Exchange Server 2007
- Supported SQL Server 2005 (x32 & x64) and SQL Server 2008!! :-)
--> Note that SQL Server 2000 is no longer supported (for Dynamics CRM 4.0)
Development Platform:
- Supported Visual Studio 2005 and Visual Studio 2008!! :-) (I hope we wont have any change on this..)
Client Platform:
- Supported Windows XP & Windows VISTA
- Supported Office 2003 & Office 2007 (Note that Office XP is not supported for CRM 4.0)
- Supported IE 6.0 y 7.0
- Supported NET Framework 3.0.
- Supported SQL 2005 Express
And one tip/rule about languages and languages pack, "Base language of CRM Server and CRM client (Outlook) has to match".
