&lt;p&gt;This will keep people from thinking they are doing somethign wrong when its actually a bug. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;IE. &amp;quot;Can't create an [Empty Biztalk Solution] if you install Service pack 1 on Visual studio 2008 until you repair (from disk) the Biztalk install again&amp;quot;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Another big one: The Dll's don't copy into projects \bin directories that reference another project in the solution.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;IE you segment your Schemas form your maps. &amp;nbsp;You create all yrou schemas then place them in amap. The map &amp;quot;Cannot find schema&amp;quot; no matter how many time yu recompile. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;THis makes it so every time you recompile you will need to write a batch/powershell etc. to move the .dll's into the dependant developmet\bin or deployment\bin directories. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The second makes it almost unusable for enterprises in my opinion.&lt;/p&gt;
