I had a chance to meet up with Azaas, one of our Microsoft BizSpark startups, a few days ago to check out the Silverlight 3 application they built. 

Here are some things that stood out for me when I talked to these guys:

• They went ahead developing their app on Silverlight 3, even before it was officially launched
• The demo they showed was built within three weeks, considering they haven't done any Silverlight development before. Nice!
• We were pulling data from China, through a mobile broadband USB, in the demo. Silverlight data compression in action.
