Here's a video interview with Hibernater who recently received an award from SiTF.  Their app lets you save your Word, Excel, Internet Explorer sessions, etc and resume it at some other time, or on another PC or laptop.  I find it particularly useful if I need to restart my laptop and would like to save my "work session" so that I can bring them up again after restart.  You can also use it to save your work and continue with the same apps to be opened at your home machine (if you're a workaholic).  What's interesting is that these guys managed to implement a Windows 7 Jump List in their app in a short time.  You can check it out at http://hibernater.com and give it a spin.
