Designing For Cloud Computing
There is a good chance that you as a customer are already asking questions about cloud computing. "How do you define cloud computing?" "Do I have to move everything to the cloud?" "Which of my applications will be able to take advantage of the cloud?" With so much going on in this space, especially with new announcements on an almost daily basis, it can be difficult to keep up.
To help answer these questions and more, the objective of this session is threefold: 1. Help demystify the definition of cloud computing for your customers. 2. Explore applications that make sense in the cloud (and also those that do not). 3. Introduce a set of five design patterns, based on real customers, and show how these can be implemented using our Windows Azure platform.
