SubInACL Installation
In previous blogs I have discussed the use of the SubInACL tool for changing the Access Control Lists (ACL's) of services. The tool can be downloaded from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=E8BA3E56-D8FE-4A91-93CF-ED6985E3927B&displaylang=en). Please be aware that to use the tool successfully you must install in on the target machine using the MSI file. If you simply copy the SubInACL.exe file directly from another machine to the target machine you will encounter errors when changing or viewing control lists.
